Hi, I’m Heather.

I'm a coach, facilitator and learning professional with a background spanning coaching, coach education, leadership development and learning design. I'm fascinated by people — how we think, what drives us, how we relate to each other and how we can grow.

I work with leaders, professionals and teams to help them understand themselves and others more deeply, navigate challenges with greater confidence and show up better at work and in life.

My approach is warm, curious and practical. I create space for honest reflection, ask questions that help people think differently, and offer challenge when it's useful. I don't see myself as having all the answers. It’s about helping people think through, see things differently and work out what comes next.

Over the years, I've designed and delivered coach education and leadership development programs, facilitated learning and PRINT® experiences, and coached people across corporate, government and not-for-profit settings. I'm particularly drawn to the human side of work: the conversations, relationships, assumptions and patterns that can make work either harder or better.

I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with an Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate and Graduate Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Education. I'm also a licensed PRINT® practitioner.
